CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY

POLICY FOR CANCELLATION

Stylehoops.com retains the right to cancel or refuse any product order for whatsoever reason. This might be due to inaccuracies/mistakes in product or its pricing information, shortage of ordered products or problems which might arise from an alert from out credit/debit card fraud avoidance department. In such circumstances, Stylehoops.com will contact the customer by mail or phone.

If the product has not been dispatched, then customer has the option of cancelling the order. The cancellation will be termed effective and we will refund (after deducting 3% of total MRP) in customer’s back account in reasonable time, after your order has been cancelled.  Upon receiving the cancel order request, Stylehoops.com customer care will get in touch with customer to understand the reason for cancellation.  Upon satisfactory reasoning, transaction will be marked as cancelled.  Customer needs to share the bank details for the refund.  Refund is only applicable to orders for which payment is already done.

In case the product has already been dispatched, customer cannot cancel the order.

CASH ON DELIVERY (CoD) POLICY

Stylehoops.com provides cash on delivery option to its customers. As per Stylehoops.com CoD policy:

  •   • Order for CoD products will be taken, only after customer verification via mail/phone.
  •   • CoD option is only applicable for products, where cash on delivery option has been exclusively specified
  •   • Complete address including pin code and contact number should be given while opting for CoD option
  •   • A customer  is permitted to open the package, only after making the payment
  •   • Do not make payment, if the package has been opened or damaged.  Please communicate the same to our customer care.


RETURN and REPLACEMENT POLICY

All products for sale at Stylehoops.com are protected under 7-days Return /Replacement policy. This means that if the product delivered to you is found defective or there is a mismatch in colour/size, customer has the option to return or replace the product.

RETURN

If the customer wishes to return the product, we will refund the entire amount. Subject to customer location, we offer a free pick up service for your return. You need to select the pickup option when you submit a return request. If we don't offer a pick up at your location or if customer prefers, you can courier the product back to us. In such cases, we will refund an extra Rs.70 to cover your courier charges.

REPLACEMENT

If the customer wishes to replace the product, we will replace the product free of cost, subject to availability of stock. Only size or colour replacements are allowed.

In both the above cases, customer will need to call our customer service team or mail us for replacement or return. The product will be replaced within 7 working days, depending on your location, after we receive the product to be replaced.

In case customer had purchased a product which had a free gift associated with it, you will need to return the free gift as well. 

Customer will need to pack the product securely, to prevent any damage during transit, in case of pickup or self-shipping.

Products will not be eligible for replacement or return, if:

  •   • The product has been found used and/or washed
  •   • The product is not in its original condition
  •   • The product has been physically damaged
  •   • The product is not returned with accompanying accessories, applicable retail box and valid and readable product code.
