A. The Stylehoops Rewards Program is a loyalty program, which rewards you for shopping and inviting your friends to shop on Stylehoops. Everytime you shop, you earn reward points. These reward points can then be redeemed on your subsequent purchases on Stylehoops.

A. Every 100 Reward Points are equivalent to Rs.2.
There are a number of simple ways to earn Reward Points:
1. Signing up for an account! On creating your Stylehoops account, 7500 Reward Points will be added automatically to your account!
2. Shopping! Every 1 rupee you spend on Stylehoops, you will receive 1 reward point
3. Writing Reviews! Once your review is approved by our team, 1000 Reward Points will be added to your account. The process of approval will typically take anywhere from 1-2 business days.
4. Referring Friends! Once you refer a friend, you will earn 5000 Reward Points once they register and complete their first purchase on Stylehoops.com.

A. You can view your Reward Points on your “My Account” page under the “Reward Points” section.

A. Once you have clicked on the “Add to cart” button, you are directed to a page where you can redeem any Reward Points or discount codes. On this page, you will be shown how many Reward Points you have and their valuation. You can use some or all of them to pay for your order. If you do not have enough Reward Points, you can pay the remaining amount using any other form of payment.

A. Anybody! The minute you create an account on Stylehoops.com, you are automatically signed up for the Stylehoops Rewards Program.

A. No! Your Reward Points have no expiry date and can be accumulated and carried over to the next calendar year.

A. The Reward Points you accumulate can only be used through your account. They are not transferrable.

A. No, your Reward Points can only be redeemed toward store credit on Stylehoops.com. They cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other services.

A. Creating an account: As soon as you create your Stylehoops account, the Reward Points will be added to your account.

Writing Reviews: When your review is approved, your Reward Points will be added to your account. The process of approval will typically take 1-2 business days.

Orders: Your Reward Points will be credited to your account after your order is delivered and accepted by you.

Referring a Friend: Your Reward Points will be credited to your account after the parcel is delivered and accepted by your friend. In case they cancel their order, Reward Points earned from this order will be deducted from your account.

A. Shopping at Stylehoops is fun – and twice as fun when your friends shop too! With our ‘Refer A Friend’ program, you can invite friends to join the Stylehoops community and start earning Reward Points as they shop. Once you refer a friend, you earn 5000 Reward Points for every friend who registers and completes their first order for Rs.500 or more at Stylehoops.com.

You can refer a friend in three quick steps: 1) Sign into your account 2) Go to the “My Account” button on the top right hand corner and then click on the “Refer a Friend” tab. 3) Manually enter in your friend’s names and email addresses in. Once you hit ‘Send Invite’, an email invite will be sent to your friends!

A. You will get an email notification when you earn referral points from your friends’ orders. You can also check 'Reward Points' in 'My Account'.
